Upon graduation Lindsay earned his real estate license in 1996 joining his wife Doris at Prudential Florida Realty to form the $more Team. This team of five became a top producing team in the brokerage and his professional real estate career began to soar.
In 1999 Lindsay was hired to run the Prudential Pembroke Pines office in the fast growing area of South West Broward County where he grew the office from seven associates to 75 at it’s peak. He was tapped by the company in 2004 to merge and run multiple offices upon the acquisition of Prudential by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Lindsay succeeded beyond expectations growing the operations to 170 plus associates.
In 2005, after several hurricanes of the early 2000’s, and a new baby girl Victoria, Lindsay decided Palm Coast would be a great place to raise her and took the opportunity to move to Palm Coast. He acclimated quickly to the fast growing real estate market in Flagler County at a management position with Watson Realty. During his tenure he was responsible for merging two Watson offices in Palm Coast into a single consolidated location and grew the team to one of the largest brokerages in Flagler County. Under his leadership Watson Realty Corp of Palm Coast had number one market share for Flagler County seven years running.
During the last ten years Lindsay became friends with Jim Cullis that eventually led to the new partnership in Grand Haven Realty. He is the CEO Managing Broker of the company and is located in Grand Haven Realty’s new Real Estate Center on Colbert Lane directly across from the Grand Haven main entrance.
When not working, Lindsay enjoys playing golf to a scratch handicap and camping with his family.
